A tastefully furnished and well equipped three bedroomed detached villa on The Marriott La Sella Golf Resort with out door hot-tub, shower area and built in BBQ set within a pretty garden. Quality garden furniture and sunbeds are provided.

The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults, with master en-suite and two further twin bedrooms and is situated in a peaceful location. There is a spectacular communal pool just two minutes walk from the villa.

Quality bedlinen and towels are provided but we do ask that you bring your own beach/swimming towels.

There is a supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy and sports facilities, including tennis and horseriding, all within walking distance. There is a TV, DVD player and Play Station and also a CD player. In fact, all that you need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday!

OTHER INFORMATION:

Breakages - A Ł50.00 refundable deposit is required.

Change over days - Saturdays only in school holidays but this can be flexible at other times.

Changeover times - Arrival after 3pm and departure by 11.00am.

Children - Children are very welcome although at the moment we are unable to supply a cot or highchair. Please let us know if you require waterproof mattresses.

Deposits - A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on confirmation of booking, with the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.

Disabled Access - Although the accommodation is on one level and the surrounding gardens are mainly flat, there are several steps to climb from the parking area.

Golf - Keen golfers are advised to book their tee-time at least a month in advance at the Marriott La Sella Golf Resort and Spa. Green fees are approx 70 euros.

Pets - Sorry but no pets are allowed.

Safe - An electronic safe is available for your use.

Smoking - Smoking is permitted outside only. Sorry.

Area Description

Just one hour's drive along the A7 motorway (junction 62) from both Alicante and Valencia airports, you will find the established resort of La Sella Golf nestled in the mountainside of the Montgo Mountain Range.

Denia is the main coastal town just a 10 minute drive away where lots of lively street cafes, restaurants and bars can be found catering for all tastes and budgets. Denia provides you with a 20km coast line of award winning beaches.

The smaller villages of La Xara and Pedgregeur are within a five minute drive of the villa with local bakeries, interesting shops and larger supermarkets.
